a confetti and cotton candy collision

After attending the same high school and working together at the local pool, Kassie and Brandon finally connected in university. Fast forward 8 years later, they hosted a wedding that was colourful, feminine, and totally fun! In an ideal world, they probably would have eloped in the mountains, but they also knew that their marriage would be best celebrated with friends and family in attendance. Their top priority was ensuring everyone had an amazing time, and without a doubt, they did.

The entire concept was based on the desire to incorporate bright colours in a chic way, and with everything feeling too “Pinteresty-y”, we kept the primary inspiration to confetti and cotton candy which resulted in a truly unique design. From a fluffy ceremony installation that make’s babies breath look cool again, to a vibrant balloon garland surrounding a classic confetti cake, these two prove that when you remove the overwhelming amount of inspiration found on the internet and just focus on who you are and what the day is truly about, magic happens.

Also, they have a slight obsession with Harry Potter, so keep scrolling and see if you can spot the golden snitch!
